We are a long-term thinking investor. That is why we do not focus on short-term profit maximization. Rather, our goal is the long-term performance of our portfolio. For this reason, we also make investments that do not immediately result in profitability, but which increase the building’s value in the long term.

We are constantly looking for further investments to enrich our portfolio. In doing so, we ensure that the quality of the overall portfolio is not diluted.
