Our office buildings are all in a technically and optically excellent condition and are meticulously kept in this condition. All of our properties are in attractive locations, have good to very good connections to the local public transport network and meet all the requirements that demanding tenants place on modern offices.
We usually have a 100% occupancy rate in our rental properties. Should an office space become vacant, it will only be for a short period of time. We will comprehensively modernize all of the vacant spaces so that everyone who is interested will find a pleasant rental environment. Interested parties can be sure that we will continue to do everything in the future to keep our properties in first-class and representative condition.
